Wire drawing
materials such as polypropylene are heated to a molten state and then extruded through an extruder to become film, which is then cut into filaments and wound into rolls.
Weaving machine
the filaments are compiled into a cloth according to a set size and then wound into a roll by a machine.
Bag making
The woven rolls are cut to the appropriate size and then sealed by a high frequency heat sealing machine to form the basic shape of the mesh bag.
Forming
according to customer requirements, the mesh bag is processed for secondary forming, such as adding knots or sewing, etc.
Packaging
The finished mesh bags are packaged, usually in packs of 2000/3000 according to customer requirements, by means of a hydraulic baler, and samples are attached to the outside.
